Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut on Thursday said that it was the BJP that exposed Eknath Shinde’s NIT plot scam and demanded an enquiry against the chief minister.
‘BJP legislators Chandrashekhar Bawankule (state party chief), Pravin Datke and Nago Ganar had raised a question on this scam in the legislature by asking a starred question and demanded an enquiry’. Raut said
The Shinde faction doesn’t know what is happening behind the curtains,” said Raut, adding that based on this conflict he had claimed that the Shinde government won’t till February.
Raut said ‘that a SIT for the Disha Salian case was formed to divert attention from the NIT land scam and Sushant Singh Rajput case is being raked up in the Lok Sabha and state legislature for the same reason since CM Shinde has been exposed and the sword of resignation is hanging on him’.
According to the MP, BJP’s netas played a big role in exposing this scam. “I don’t need to say who they are. State BJP chief Bawankule is asking a question on this, about these 16 land transactions and demanded an enquiry. And it was such a coincidence that in an event in Nagpur, Bawankule said before Fadnavis that till he is state BJP president, Fadnavis must become the CM. The very next day the NIT land scam was out,”
Raut said ‘The BJP knows who did this Rs 110 crore land scam. It is completely illegal. The CM will have to resign in this case. The ED and CBI send us notices for matters concerning Rs 20-25 lakhs, this is a Rs 100 crore case. They launch enquiries against us but who will conduct enquiries against them,”
