Gurugram: Woman biker hit-and-run case mein accused Kalyan Bainsla ki arrest ke baad ek aur twist saamne aaya hai. Police ke mutabik, Rajasthan mein arrest hone ke baad custody ke dauran Bainsla ne urinate karne ke bahane police se door bhaagne ki koshish ki.
Police ke according, escape attempt ke dauran Bainsla gir gaya aur use minor injuries aayi. Police ne use dobara pakad liya aur treatment ke liye hospital le jaakar first aid di.
Bainsla ko Gurugram ke Golf Course Road par woman biker ko car se allegedly takkar maarne ke case mein Rajasthan se arrest kiya gaya tha. Police investigation mein CCTV footage aur survivor ke statement ke baad BNS Section 109 (attempt to murder) ke saath stalking aur woman’s modesty se related provisions bhi add kiye gaye hain.
Police ke mutabik, incident ke baad Bainsla ne apna phone switch off karke Gurugram se bahar nikalne ki koshish ki thi, jiske baad police teams ne tracking karke use Rajasthan mein locate kiya. Investigation abhi jaari hai
